Conference Centre

Our light and spacious conference room is ideal for business meetings, conferences, seminars or product exhibits; as well as private functions. There is a commercial kitchen. A sunny private courtyard adjacent to the conference room is ideal for breaks. There is off-street parking for more than 20 vehicles.

We will set the layout and equipment to meet your requirements, and common seating layouts are:

Theatre style	up to 40 people
Boardroom style	up to 30 people
U-shaped	up to 22 people
Standing for cocktails	up to 50 people

Conference Room Rates

Half day rate (maximum 3 hours) is $100 Incl. GST

The full day rate is $185 Incl. GST
Use of the conference centre includes the following:

Tea, coffee, water, juice and mints
High-speed wireless internet
TVs, DVD and video player
Portable whiteboard with markers
Presentation screen
Flipchart, pens and pads

Catering Options

A range of catering can be provided for delegates including breakfasts snacks, lunch and dinner.

Breakfasts and snacks are prepared on-site while other meals are delivered by Taupo’s leading catering company Eat Catering.

Examples of Food and Prices:

Continuous selection of Teas, and filtered coffee. $4.00 per person.

Morning Tea: A sweet and savoury item with a selection of teas and filter coffee. $8.00 per

Afternoon Tea: Cakes and slices with a selection of teas & fresh filtered coffee. $8.00 per person.

Breakfasts: Provided between 7.30am and 9.00 am (earlier by arrangement), with the following options:

Continental: Fruit juice, fruit, cereals (choice of Cornflakes, Muesli, or Weetbix), toast, spreads and yoghurt. $12.00 per person
Cooked: Fruit juice,quality bacon, sausages, eggs (to order), hash browns, baked beans, tomatoes, toast, spreads. $17.00 per person
The Works: all of the above from both the Continental and Cooked. $22.00 per person

Lunch: Finger foods such as marinated chicken drumsticks, smoked salmon wraps, hot savouries, mini baguettes, sausage rolls, club sandwiches, seasonal fresh fruit kebabs, slices or cookies, filter coffee and a selection of tea. $17.00 per person

Dinner: We can recommend a range of local establishments for dinner functions.
